I recommend CEM to everyone I know; they were so quick to respond when my AC broke on a 100-degree day, even though I’m sure they were inundated with plenty of other frantic phone calls. They came out to my home and spent adequate time thoroughly diagnosing the issue before repairing the HVAC; even though they spent a good amount of time on diag, I ended up saving money in the end because their rates are affordable and they fixed the actual issue, rather than just putting a bandaid over a symptom of the bigger problem. Will 100% be returning as a customer for routine maintenance and any other repair work.
