I recently had another duct added to a room in my home with inadequate airflow. Not only was Connect Energy great at taking the time to explain my options, but they were fantastic at going through the pros and cons of each. When it came time to perform the work, they were very communicative, professional, and prompt throughout the entire process. On top of it, Daniel and David were so kind to my curious daughter and went out of their way to answer her many questions and make her feel included. I am delighted with the value and results of their work, and highly recommend them!
